Christmas Blog Giveaway

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! No matter how cliché it may sound, I don’t think there’s any other way to describe this Christmas Blog Giveaway. This is probably our best set so far! I won’t delay you guys anymore as I know you’re excited! 🙂

I finally met her this year & I was able to buy a couple of necklaces & earrings for my sister. Thank you Angela for sharing this lovely passport holder to our readers! It’s just apt that I also have a leather passport holder as I’m writing this, I’m out of town. 🙂

And, speaking of passport, if you were able to read this blog post from a couple of weeks ago, you would have come across the 1 TB Western Digital Hard Drive. If you guys have been following us on Instagram, you would have seen a glimpse of The Daykeeper. It’s a one-of-a-kind 2014 photographic journal with illustrations by the very creative Katt San Juan. Katt did all the content & lay-out by herself and self-published this journal and I so admire her for doing that. Katt blogs over at Katrina & The Great World and it’s always refreshing to browse at her photos. It has a certain nostalgia and personality to it that makes you want to pause for a while & appreciate the simplest things in life. Every scene is something that looks like it has been lifted from a postcard! I hope that whoever wins (or buys) the journal will also get the same vibe as I did. As I’ve said, if only for this journal, I’d want it to be 2014 already! 🙂

I don’t know how many times I’ve started a blog post with the statements “We’ve been busy.”, “We’ve been crazy busy.” & “We need our life back!” It’s always about deadlines, deliverables, time and time management (or lack of it) *Oops*. Ponggo could attest that ever since I received my Timex watch, it would only leave my wrist when I’m about to sleep. Time is so precious that I always have to make sure I have a time frame for each subject down to the last 30 minutes. When I’m so tempted to stand up, do some social networking hopping, when I set a certain number of hours allotted for a project, it’s easier for me to shun those temptations. For the past few months, I’ve been having a dilemma because I realized that if I quit working or designing, I won’t be able to earn in any other way. I was also calculating how many long days and nights or sleeping hours do I have to sell just to get that dream vacation. The answer is all in the book! It’s about making your passive income grow through investments. I love how they keep their essay not so intimidating especially for non-Finance majors. They always told me they wanted light-hearted doodles because they wanted to make their how-to-get-rich book more accessible to the reader & it definitely is! Actually, thanks to this book I was officially able to curtail my spending & I’m definitely going to meet up with an agency soon to take care of my mutual funds! *Ha!* 🙂

The book has two sides: One side focuses on employees who’d like to make more from their monthly salary and the other one is for business(wo)men who’d like to grow their business! The book also has worksheets for you to list down your goals, dreams & things that you’re grateful for. How do all these come together? Find out when you get a copy of the book.
